This page will be devoted to present and future river trips regarding the PITU and the Kaibab Band of Paiutes.

Clarence John, Cultural Resource  Elder representative has gone down the river three times and is looking forward to the June 19th trip.

Southern Paiute Consortium (SPC) welcomes Shanan Martineau and Hope Silvas as Monitors for the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah (PITU). These two monitors will share duties by alternating river trips with the Consortium. As Monitors they will Document, Monitor Resources and Evaluate Environmental impacts which will then be put into a final report to the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and other Stack Holders in the Adaptive Management Work Group (AMWG). We welcome there enthusiasm and interest in helping insure the SPC monitoring program is around for many more years to come.
